Brandon Michael Nase

A native of Amarillo, Texas, Brandon Michael Nase is a versatile performer of repertoire ranging from Musical Theatre to Pop, R&B, Jazz and Opera. He has recently been seen in Man of La Mancha (Cervantes/Don Quixote), Bloomer Girl (Pompey), and The Student Prince (Dr. Engel). Brandon spent the summer of 2014 performing in the Dallas Theatre Center’s highly acclaimed production of Les Misérables (Feuilly/Ensemble) under the direction of Liesl Tommy. He also recently performed in a new musical, Beatsville (Lou/Bop Cop), written by Glenn Slater and wife Wendy Leigh Wilf under the direction of John Simpkins.

Equally adept on the concert stage, Brandon has performed across the United States and abroad as both a soloist and chorister. Most notably he has served as a soloist in Puccini’s Messae di Gloria, Jenkins’ The Armed Man, and Telemann’s Gott sei mir Gnädig. Additionally, Brandon has had the privilege of singing solos under the direction of famed conductors including David Itkin, Jerry McCoy, Paul Leddington Wright, Mack Wilberg and Bob Chilcott. 

Brandon currently works toward completing his Master of Music degree in vocal performance, studying musical theatre at NYU Steinhardt. He received his Bachelor of Music degree in choral music education from the renowned University of North Texas College of Music. Brandon has studied voice with Michael Ricciardone, Dr. Jeffrey Snider, and Dr. Linda DiFiore.

Of all his roles, Brandon’s favorite is performed offstage—husband to his caring wife, Lauren.
